Presumed Guilty is a new film by Roberto Hernandez and Layda Negrete on the often troubling ways of the justice system in Mexico. This is Hernandez and Negrete’s first film, which they made while seeking a way to spread the word about what they had discovered about people’s access to a fair trial in Mexico.
