We Are a Member-Driven Organization

The strength of the Resource Center is the diversity of people who come together to promote social and economic justice in the Americas. Members are visionaries who understand the connection between local and global and strive to spread understanding about the effects of globalization on people and environment.

Members are invited to our annual meetings and receive quarterly newsletters. We encourage Members to participate in setting the direction of the organization and electing the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, when we seek support from Foundations to fund programs, they look for direct community involvement to provide confidence they are investing in a valued community asset.

The Resource Center of the Americas is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, federal EIN #41-1505455. Donations to our organization are tax-deductible to the fullest estent of the law. No goods or services of substantial value are exchanged in return for a Membership.
